There werent many places in our area to rent video games in the late 80s early 90s. Before Blockbuster and West Coast Video there was only Absecon Video. I mean you could rent movies at Starns but no video games [eventually they started to rent games]. Well there was a store that opened called LA Video that rented games and movies. So we got a membership and began renting. It wasnt in a bad area of Pleasantville so we never worried about anything. There was a girl that worked the counter, she was in her early 20s, very attractive and really nice to us. She always made small talk when we rented. One day we went there and there was a guy working. We picked out a game and went to the counter. There was a collection jar with a picture of the girl. We asked what happened.. The guy said " Shes alright, the store was robbed and she was shot a few days ago". Our minds were blown. The remaining money we had we put in the jar. When we came to return the game the girl was actually there. She had a sling and was doing everything with one hand. We didnt ask her what happened, we just told her we were happy she was back and that we donated money. She said something like "You're so sweet, Ill be fine". Well about a week later my moms reading the paper and sees " Women killed in robbery at LA Video". We never went back after that...

for some reason I was thinking about her today.

Found this tire in the woods... Honestly has to weigh 300lbs if not more. Im 6'6 and it comes up to my neck. The idea was to get it out of the woods and into the back of Arts truck. But it was so heavy we couldnt get it in the back. We ended up rolling it back to the house almost a mile.

I wanted to just drop back in the woods.. but Art said "just keep rolling it" So about 25 mins later we got it home.

First I want to say I really enjoyed it. Second, Soundgarden is not that good no matter how long they've played music. One part they talk about how the grunge scene pretty much died at the end of the 80's and how everyone was kinda happy. Then out of no where Nirvana blew up. They talk about how Seattle was being written on records as a genre of music. A lot of good parts, minus pearl jam and 7yearbitch.

It might be for Jumpercable but its probably going to be used for our new band Definitions. These audiobooks are going to be the hot ones

I met Spencer and Colleen at berlin around 12pm. We did the normal walk around. Spencer got a lot of gnar stuff. I got this picture for 2$.

after the berlin strut, we went to Tejas Grill in Stratford.
food was really good. Colleen went up to visit her dad and Spencer drove down with me towards Absecon to hang with Brett. We stopped at the Goodwill in Hamonton and found all these Lexington down CDs. Spencer was friends with one of the guys in the band and texted him the pile of unsold merch we found.
Spencer bought two hats for a dollar and gave me one.
Ended the night at Bretts playing games and watching the Jamie Kennedy Experience.
