Every two mins you take them out of the oven and slam the cookie tray down on the counter. Took about 15 to 20 mins for each batch. Their called "Slam Cookies" but I just use regular whatever cookie mix and just keep slamming them. You're supposed to use chocolate shavings but who cares... they were really good.
