Old Movie Theater Sign

Took my nephew out to breakfast and we were killing time walking around the office of the old drive in theater. 

It sits right behind the Franks Towne 16 Theatre. I was walking down this little hallway and saw this sign with writing on it

I pulled it out and this was written on it

the sign must have been where the Home Depot is now in Absecon. For some time they were talking about building a theater there or near there at the old Absecon Drive in and I remember seeing a sign.
