On my street in the mid 1980s, we played baseball at Rob Fords house. He had a big open yard, so it was obvious for us to play there. My brother was left handed and loved baseball. I enjoyed playing but never followed as religiously as he did. He would pitch for everyone and impersonate Jim Abbott. He would rest his glove on his right wrist, pitch with his left, then put on his glove after he threw the ball.
