Up at the proshop they have large smooth oval rocks in the front. The new GM asked tom to have us take it all out and move some to hole 2. So far we got both areas cleared out, here is a before and after of the right side:
Heres the left side we did first, I didnt get a before shot, but these two areas can hold alot of rocks.. I mean alot
We built this little rock wall with half of the rock we pulled from the left area.
This area holds alot of water, from the tide comming in and out. The idea is to put these rocks in, raise the area, and when the tide comes in, it will be forced to run off into the water hazzard to the left of the cart path in the first picture. This is all the new GMs idea, he pretty much is a go go go go kinda guy. Im down with the work, I enjoy the labor, but the rest of the dudes working there are not about busting out the hard labor. Two dudes I know for sure are down with it, the others hate it. so thank you to Henry and Mark for working hard.... blaaaaaah
