Bacon Potatoes

Im not a bacon person who says "better with bacon or this needs bacon or just add bacon" I hate that mindset. These are just good and simple

Cut bacon in Half

Boil potatoes

Put potato in the center of cut bacon

 wrap and secure with toothpick

 bake for 1 hour at 400 ( I know it doesnt sound right, just trust me)

 

The potatoes become so soft and the bacon crispy
