Tip your sushi chef.
They brought this to the table and I told them I didn't order it. They said its compliments of the chef. To be honest I was kind of worried because I had no idea what it was and didn't want to eat it. I tried it and it was flaky moist and not very fishy. It was excellent. It usually goes for about $18 bucks, so we got hooked up [fish pun intended].
