Seldge Hammer Workout

trying this. cant find anything heavier than a 16 lb sledge hammer though. Warm up with a 6 lb, then move up to the 10 lb for a secondary warm up, then move to the 16 lb for the workout.

i blast eminem too.. really loud...sometimes kid rock and prodigy......I really do... really...real
